This was such a fun shoot…with a twist..you’ll see. We set up the shoot at the Zilker Botanical Gardens, which I haven’t shot at in a while because they charge a fee to go out there (which I completely understand)…so I was kind of excited to head back out to a place that I used to shoot a lot at in my early days. Maybe get a fresh perspective. When we arrive I ask Alyssa how many changes of clothes she brought. “Just one.”, she said. “I have a tutu that I am going to change into.”…I thought “ok..i haven’t done a senior in a tutu yet”. We were having a great time going through the gardens and getting some fabulous shots of her…we stopped at the restroom for her to change into her tutu…she came out and my jaw dropped. It is amazing. I didn’t know that Alyssa was in ballet and dance and…well…it was amazing. The funniest thing is that earlier in the day I photographed the Pettitt girls and one of them was wearing a tutu as well. So I had two tutu’s in one day. Pretty nice. Check out how Alyssa brought her A game.

Kind of reminds me of a music box…she should be spinning and music should be playing.
