Peggy is one of April’s best friends from high school. When she told us that she had met the one it was a very exciting time around here. Peggy and Chet met us for drinks one night and we had a blast. It was easy to see how crazy into Peggy Chet was and so simple to see that he was the salt of the earth. It always does your heart good to see your friend and loved one meet the person that will love and care for them the way that they deserve. It was an honor to capture the memories of their special day and the people that made it happen did and amazing job. Here are a few of my favorites from the day.

Their day took place at Butler’s Courtyard in League City.

Lisa with Petals by Design did an amazing job as usual with her floral work.

They had a bagpipe player there that was great. Such a cool touch.

I love this image of Peggy peeking out the window at the guests taking their seats just before she walks down the isle.

We had some gorgeous light this evening for our little portrait time.

Since April has known Peggy for so long, Lexi came to the wedding with her. This was hilarious watching The Wee One not knowing exactly what to think about this dude’s dance moves. It was funny!

I dig the last dance. It’s like an intimate moment when the party buzz dies down and the sweet realization of “we’re married” settles in. This was especially sweet with these two because that moment brought peace and comfort to them. Very cool.

Thanks again you two for letting us share such a cool day. We love you and wish you the best!
