two Presidents, Jessica Simpson, an american icon, and a wedding

Doug and Vanessa were married out at Riverbend Chruch on the sameday and time as Lady Bird Johnson’s funeral. We got a call on Friday from Tracy Brown, the coordinator out at the church to let us know what to expect and security was tight. President Clinton and Sen. Clinton, President Carter and Mrs. Carter, Former First Ladies Mrs. Bush and Mrs. Regan along with current First Lady Mrs. Bush were all onsite (there is a main sanctuary and a smaller chapel on site for weddings) along with numerous other dignitaries. It was pretty cool minus the fact that we had to park way out from the church and it was raining cats and dogs. This was also the same spot that Jessica Simpson was married here in Austin:) Photo’s for her wedding were taken by one of my favorite photographer’s – Joe Buissink. Anyway, back to Doug and Vaness – after all, it was their very cool day:)  I had such a great time with Doug and Vanessa, they were one of the 1st couples that booked us after we moved to Austin:) I had two very talented photographers helping me out – Ashley Smith and Liz Jayne.  Their reception was at the gorgeous Lakeway Inn. Vanessa has spent the last year doing her rain dance so you can blame her for all our latest rain, but she did get the lake filled:) Vanessa’s flowers were beautiful and were created by Crystal Spears with Piu Bella Designs. Here is their *SHOW* and *ALBUM PRE-DESIGN*
